Job Title: Sales & Business Coach
Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Coach to support and guide business owners and leadership teams for Daisy franchised businesses. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, sales performance, and financial health to drive business growth and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, sales strategy, and financial management, specifically within the home technology, smart home, AV integration, or relevant experience.
Operational Excellence:
- Assess and optimize business workflows, processes, and resource allocation.
- Implement best practices for project management, service delivery, and client support.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and scalability in daily operations.
- Conduct sales training and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Analyze sales pipelines, conversion rates, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Coach leadership teams on lead generation, client engagement, and closing techniques.
- Assist in coordinating marketing and branding initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Review financial reports and KPIs to identify areas for profitability improvement.
- Guide businesses on pricing strategies, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for sustained growth.
- Advise on financial systems and technology to streamline financial processes.
- Mentor business owners and leadership teams on strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights on industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Help businesses set and achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development strategies.
- ·5+ years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or executive leadership within the home technology, AV, smart home industry, or other consumer services business.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy, financial management, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Experience in analyzing business data and implementing actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with industry tools, CRM software, and financial systems.
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site consultations and industry events.
